         cup low fat buttermilk 
        1 tbsp white wine vinegar 
        2 tsp dijon mustard 
         tsp salt 
         tsp pepper 
        3 green onions, thinly sliced 
        1 garlic clove, minced 

      Mix ingredients together and refrigerate.

Yields: 3/4 cup 

                   Ingredients:

                        3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 
                        2 tablespoons lemon juice 
                        5 tablespoons buttermilk 
                        2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley 

                   In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk
                   in the buttermilk and parsley. The dressing will keep, covered, in
                   the refrigerator for 3 days.

1/2 cup skim-milk
      buttermilk
      1/4 cup nonfat plain
      yogurt
      1/4 cup low-fat
      mayonnaise
      1 Tbsp. fresh lemon
      juice
      2 tsp. dried minced
      onions
      1/2 tsp. dill seed,
      crushed
      1/2 tsp. salt
      1/2 tsp. sugar
      1/4 tsp. freshly ground
      black pepper 

                             Buttermilk flavor is enhanced by lemon, dill and onion in
                             this thick dressing.

                             In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until
                             well blended.

                              1/2 tsp. freshly ground white pepper 
                              1/4 tsp. dry mustard 
                              1/4 tsp. salt 
                         In a non-aluminum mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk
                         together until completely combined. Cover and chill. Makes
                         approximately 1 3/4 cup.
